About Us

Amrit Dawani is a luxury designer label specializing in couture and pret for men and women. Known for intricate detailing, personalized craftsmanship, and quicker delivery timelines, the brand operates through exclusive stores, online channels, and leading multi-brand outlets globally.

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Brand & Growth Manager to lead the brands overall positioning, digital growth, and business expansion.


Role Overview

This role requires a sharp, execution-focused individual who understands luxury fashion, digital growth, performance marketing, merchandising, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for driving revenue, brand visibility, and seamless omnichannel execution.


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Growth & Revenue Strategy (Primary Focus)
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Identify and execute new growth channels (MBOs, international markets, franchise, online scaling)
  • Improve conversion rates across website and retail
  • Optimize pricing, margins, and product mix for higher profitability
  • Create structured expansion plans for Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities
  • Track key KPIs: ROAS, CAC, repeat rate, AOV, contribution margins
  • Drive system-led, scalable operations to enable sustainable high-growth expansion

2. Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Plan and execute performance marketing strategy with agencies
  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and optimize budgets
  • Drive growth via Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms


3. E-commerce & MBO Management
  • Manage website merchandising & product launches
  • Coordinate with Pernias, Aza, Aashni & other MBO teams
  • Ensure smooth inventory flow, timely dispatch & visibility


4. Costing & Merchandising
  • Oversee product costing and pricing strategy
  • Work closely with production & design teams for margin optimization
  • Monitor inventory movement & stock planning


5. Vendor & Operations Management
  • Handle vendor negotiations (shoots, logistics, production)
  • Ensure smooth coordination between design, production & sales teams
  • Improve systems & processes for scalability


Who Were Looking For
  • 37 years experience in luxury fashion / D2C / premium brand
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing & analytics
  • Sharp business acumen with numbers orientation
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
