About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead our brand positioning, creative development, and campaign execution across all channels. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge creative vision with data-driven decision-making, managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency and driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Agency Management
- Partner with creative agencies to conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated brand campaigns that align with brand strategy and business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact with agency partners, providing clear briefs, creative direction, and timely feedback
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external creative teams, ensuring quality output and on-time delivery
- Oversee the entire campaign development process from concept through production and launch
- Evaluate agency performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
Influencer & Partnerships Strategy
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives and target audience
- Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers across micro, mid, and macro tiers
- Manage influencer relationships, campaign briefs, performance metrics, and deliverables
- Monitor influencer content performance and engagement in real-time, adjusting strategies as needed
- Build and maintain a database of influencers organized by audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand fit
Content & Campaign Strategy
- Lead creative campaign design from ideation through execution, ensuring compelling storytelling and brand alignment
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Create strong, on-brand content across multiple formats (video, static, carousel, stories, reels) optimized for different platforms
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules across social channels
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and videographers to bring campaigns to life
Social Media Management & Content Excellence
- Drive strategy and day-to-day execution across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop platform-specific content strategies that maximize engagement and reach
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and build meaningful customer relationships
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities
- Oversee social media crisis management and brand reputation monitoring
Brand Performance & Analytics
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives
- Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools and dashboards
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify successful tactics and areas for optimization
- Use A/B testing and data insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Monitor brand health metrics and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or marketing communications
- Proven expertise in social media strategy and content creation across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and experience managing influencer partnerships
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with creative agencies or managing creative projects
- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking combined with strategic planning mindset
- Track record of delivering results-driven campaigns that impact business metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- BA from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 college, mass communication from Tier 1 college or MBA from Tier 2 college.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar analytics platforms
- Experience in designing and scaling creative campaigns. Demonstrated excellence in communication
- Background in e-commerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing
- Experience launching and scaling brands
- Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimization
