Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: On-site | Helmet Circle, Ahmedabad

Experience: 45 Years (Advertising Agency background preferred)


Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager who can lead brand communication across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, video editors, and shoot teams , manage monthly social media calendars , coordinate with clients , and curate impactful content and campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, digital marketing knowledge, leadership, and communication skills .



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage brand communication across digital and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, and videographers to ensure high-quality creative output.
  • Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
  • Curate, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand tone.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns tailored to client goals.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients , understanding briefs and presenting ideas.
  • Stay updated with current trends, formats, and marketing methods across platforms.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content as per schedules.
  • Monitor performance and suggest optimizations based on insights and engagement.
  • Act as a team leader , guiding and mentoring creative and content teams.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in a brand management or similar role within an advertising agency .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategies .
  • Excellent creative thinking and ideation skills .
  • Strong proofreading and content curation abilities .
  • Effective communication and presentation skills .
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Leadership qualities with experience in team coordination and management .
  • Familiarity with trending tools, formats, and platforms (Reels, Shorts, AI tools, etc.).
