Work Experience
Key Responsibility:
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Agency Management: Partner closely with internal teams (Digital, Brand, CRM, PR) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader brand strategy.
- Lead content planning for SEO campaigns, microsites, brand storytelling, festive campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Reshape Tanishq's content pillars to be platform-first and audience-first-designed to create pull-based engagement.
- Translate category objectives into content formats that deliver both brand impact and discoverability
- Lead editorial direction for campaign and category storytelling, balancing search trends, cultural relevance, and brand memory.
- Develop a content brand book to ensure consistent and coherent brand messaging is delivered at every touchpoint- to guide all partner teams
- 3. SEO-First initiatives to enhance discoverability (On-page and Off-page SEO): Improve SEO hygiene and suggest methods to build the organic rankings and traffic of our website.
- Drive end-to-end intent-based SEO targeting: Identify high-potential keywords across the funnel, define page goals, messaging, and tasks for each category.
- Ensure keyword strategy ladders up to both brand and category goals across the TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
- 4. Website Content & Technical SEO Excellence
- Collaborate with design and web teams to elevate blog and content experience via template revamps and better UX.
- Continuously track and implement enhancements to title and description tags to improve click-through rates and search rankings.
- 5. Brand Integration across Content
- Act as a custodian of the brand voice in all digital content - ensuring storytelling is not only SEO-smart but emotionally resonant and reflective of the brand's luxury positioning.
- Translate campaign, category, and collection objectives into narratives that reflect brand meaning and customer aspirations across touchpoints.
- 6. Website & UX-Led Brand Expression
- Drive improvements in the look and feel of blogs, microsites, and landing pages that reflect a high-design, editorial aesthetic consistent with Tanishq's brand universe.
- Collaborate with creative, tech, and web teams to ensure every digital asset feels distinctive "Tanishq".
- 7. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Set up analytics & reporting frameworks to track content performance across metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, CTR, keyword ranking, time-on-site, and more.
- Monitor competitors to identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices.
- Propose hygiene and innovative methods to increase Domain Authority and high-quality backlinks.
Work Experience
- Deep understanding of SEO (technical + contextual), platform behaviors, and search-intent based planning.
- Prior Content Experience: 1-2 years of content, SEO, SEM experience.
- Deep brand understanding: Proven experience in translating a brand's ethos, design language, and positioning into digital content that's culturally resonant and relevant to the platform.
- Zeal and curiosity to learn and grow.
