About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, result-oriented BrandMarketing Manager with proven hands-on expertise in managing and scaling brands on Amazon, Myntra, Zepto, and Blinkit .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth , improving ROAS , scaling marketplace advertising , and executing data-driven performance strategies across E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.


Driving consumer engagement and business impact across D2C, quick commerce, and modern retail. Spearheading NPD, performance marketing, and GTM strategies to scale brand presence and revenue


This role requires deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, ad formats, demand planning, and consumer behavior in fast-paced Q-commerce and large-scale E-commerce ecosystems.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Sales Growth

  • Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategy across:
  • Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
  • Myntra Ads Platform
  • Zepto & Blinkit seller advertising tools
  • Drive revenue growth, ROAS improvement, and CAC optimisation
  • Plan, execute, and scale high-impact paid campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and performance targets

Marketplace Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop platform-specific strategies for E-commerce vs Q-commerce
  • Optimize product listings, keywords, creatives, and pricing to improve conversion
  • Understand and leverage platform algorithms to boost organic + paid visibility
  • Collaborate with category teams to improve ranking, share of voice, and discovery

Q-Commerce Growth (Zepto & Blinkit)

  • Drive high-velocity sales through quick-commerce platforms
  • Plan and execute hyper-local, high-frequency campaigns
  • Optimize visibility, CTR, and conversions in low-consideration purchase journeys
  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure inventory readiness for demand spikes

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key KPIs:
  • ROAS, CAC, ACoS, CTR, CVR, GMV, Order Volume
  • Create weekly & monthly performance dashboards and insights
  • Identify growth levers using data-driven experimentation
  • Continuously test and scale winning campaigns

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Own and manage performance marketing budgets
  • Forecast sales and returns based on historical data and market trends
  • Ensure efficient budget allocation across platforms and campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Brand & Creative teams for ad creatives
  • Supply Chain & Operations for inventory planning
  • Marketplace Account Managers
  • Align marketing efforts with business, pricing, and merchandising strategy

Required Skills & ExpertiseMandatory Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing performance marketing on:
  • Amazon
  • Myntra
  • Zepto
  • Blinkit
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability on E-commerce & Q-commerce platforms

Technical & Analytical Skills

Strong understanding of:

  • Marketplace ad dashboards & reporting tools
  • Keyword research & bid optimization
  • Funnel metrics and attribution
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with performance analytics tools (preferred)

Strategic & Behavioural Skills

  • Highly result-oriented and numbers-driven
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
