Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and growth-driven Brand Growth Strategist (Jewelry) t o lead 360 marketing initiatives for our retail jewelry brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands retail marketing, customer experience, and brand storytelling, and can translate marketing plans, campaigns, and creative production requirements into measurable business growth. Prior experience in the jewelry industry is essential, while fashion or lifestyle brand exposure is an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities


* Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets aligned with retail business goals.

* Formulate and execute brand and growth marketing strategies to drive footfall, sales, and brand visibility.

* Lead 360 marketing efforts across digital, offline, in-store, influencer, PR, performance, and activation channels.

* Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns for store launches, festive collections, promotions, exhibitions, and seasonal sales.

* Drive seamless integration between digital marketing, in-store activations, BTL initiatives, exhibitions, and retail events to create unified brand journeys, improve footfall, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

* Determine the number of photoshoots and video shoots required for campaigns, collections, and marketing calendars, in coordination with creative, merchandising, and retail teams.

* Collaborate closely with retail teams on in-store branding, VM coordination, and location-specific marketing initiatives.

* Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement through compelling storytelling and consistent communication across touchpoints.

* Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, lead generation, and CRM initiatives.

* Analyze campaign performance, footfall data, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI.

* Manage marketing budgets, shoot budgets, vendors, exhibitions, and external agencies efficiently.

* Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the jewelry and luxury retail space.


Required Skills & Experience


* 36+ years of experience in brand or growth marketing within the jewelry industry.

* Strong exposure to retail marketing and omnichannel brand building.

* Proven ability to handle end-to-end marketing planning, campaign execution, and creative coordination.

* Clear understanding of luxury/fashion consumer mindset and retail buying behavior.

* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail experience is a plus.


Qualifications


* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field

* MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
