Key Responsibilities

• Manage & optimise marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, etc.).
• Run D2C site (Shopify): product uploads, UX updates, offers, collections.
• Plan & execute launches, promos and monthly revenue strategies.
• Track KPIs: ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC, returns %, stock turns.
• Coordinate inventory forecasting, replenishment & operations.
• Drive PDP content, product shoots and brand consistency.
• Deliver weekly performance reports & competitor insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, ops, design & finance.

Key Skills

• Marketplace ops & listing optimisation (PDP, A+ content)
• Paid performance & campaign execution (Amazon Ads, Meta/Google basics)
• Conversion rate optimisation & basic CRO for product pages
• Strong Excel/Sheets + reporting (dashboards, pivot tables)
• Analytics mindset (GA4/basic SQL or BI familiarity)
• Inventory planning & supply-chain coordination
• Merchandising & visual/content direction (shoots, creatives)
• Project management & stakeholder communication
• Negotiation with vendors/platform AMs
• Familiarity with Shopify

Qualifications

• 36 years e-commerce experience (brand + agency/partner)
• Hands-on with marketplaces & Shopify; fashion/lifestyle preferred
