Salary: up to 1 lakh/month
We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can help scale our portfolio of brands by bringing fresh ideas, identifying trends, and building impactful marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms.
The ideal candidate understands consumer behavior, emerging trends, digital growth, and brand building and can translate insights into powerful campaigns and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute growth strategies for multiple brands across categories.
- Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and emerging trends.
- Define brand positioning and help strengthen brand identity.
Creative & Campaign Ideation
- Generate innovative campaign ideas for digital, retail, and on-ground activations.
- Work closely with creative, digital, and media teams to bring ideas to life.
- Develop storytelling-led marketing concepts that resonate with modern consumers.
Digital & Offline Marketing
- Drive marketing initiatives across social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce.
- Plan offline activations, retail visibility programs, and brand experiences.
- Ensure integrated marketing communication across all touchpoints.
Trend & Market Intelligence
- Track consumer trends, digital behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to guide product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand innovations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with product, sales, creative, and digital teams to align brand strategies.
- Support the leadership team in scaling brands across new markets and channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of brand building and consumer marketing.
- Highly creative with a strategic mindset.
- Deep awareness of digital trends, social media culture, and evolving consumer behavior.
- Ability to translate insights into impactful marketing ideas.
- Experience working with FMCG, personal care, wellness, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision to scale brands.
