Role Name - Brand Experience


Purpose of the role- 

CX journey of premium 2W does not end with purchase of the vehicle. While service experience is common to all 2W, for premium 2W the post purchase customer engagement is a very critical factor. 

The role is the owner of post purchase customer experience ecosystem - community, events, rides, marquee rides/ events. Building the community and engaging with them on a regular basis is the key input to increase customer loyalty, recommendation, M&A sales, service revenue etc.


Role Description

Establishment of customer experience eco system 

Community development strategy and execution

Planning and excecution of experience properties 

Monetization plan for each property 

Launch of new products through experience properties 

Ensuring outcome by measuring reach and engagement 

Content creation for digital and brand marketing 

Qualitative study for product/ sales/ service feedback
