Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and execution-focused Brand Experience Intern to support our on-ground expansion across gyms, cafs, corporate offices, and community spaces in Mumbai.

This is not a passive internship. It is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of consumer engagement, partnerships, and grassroots brand building. The role combines field execution with strategic research and outbound growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of on-ground sampling campaigns
• Engage directly with consumers, communicate product positioning, and
• assist in driving conversions
• Capture structured customer data, feedback, and purchase intent
• Maintain detailed activation reports
• Coordinate seamlessly with venue partners and stakeholders
• Assist with basic content capture for brand marketing initiatives
• Conduct structured research to identify potential gym chains, cafs, health
• clubs, and corporate partners
• Map relevant decision-makers and maintain a clean outreach database
• Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and partnership pipeline movement
• Support expansion planning through data-backed insights

Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in high-energy, on-ground environments
• Comfortable initiating conversations and conducting outreach
• Detail-oriented and proficient with spreadsheets
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution
