Job Description
The Brand Executive will support the growth of the PHD (Proven Honest Derma) brand under the Heavenly Secrets ecosystem by executing influencer-led marketing campaigns across Instagram and YouTube. The role involves managing creator partnerships, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand content that strengthens credibility and drives brand growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Marketing Execution:
Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns across Instagram and YouTube.
- Shortlist creators across skincare, dermatology, beauty, lifestyle, and regional categories
- Coordinate with agencies and creators on pricing, deliverables, briefs, scripts, and timelines
- Manage product dispatches including address collection, shipment coordination, and delivery tracking
- Negotiate commercial terms with creators and agencies to ensure cost efficiency and ROI
- Track content deliverables including posts, stories, reels, and YouTube integrations
- Maintain structured reports on spends, content pipeline, performance metrics, and payouts
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
2. Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Managing communication with influencers, agencies, creative teams, and performance marketing teams
- Following up on approvals, timelines, briefs, and deliverables
3. Budget Tracking:
Support management of influencer marketing budgets.
- Tracking campaign spends vs planned budgets
- Maintaining structured dashboards and monthly reports
- Supporting payout reconciliation and financial tracking
4. Performance Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the performance marketing team to maximize impact of influencer content.
- Identify high-performing creator content and hooks that can be used in paid campaigns
- Coordinate creation of performance-friendly creatives optimized for CTR, CVR, and ROAS
5. Brand Building Mindset
- Passion for building a consumer brand from the ground up
- Comfortable with hands-on execution and operational work
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of day-to-day campaign management
