Location: Hubli, Karnataka

We are looking for a motivated Brand Development Manager to research, develop, and execute new business or brand ideas. The role involves identifying profitable opportunities, conducting market research, and helping the company establish new business ventures both physically and digitally.

Brand & Business Idea Development

• Research and identify innovative brand or business ideas (physical or digital).
• Analyse market demand, trends, and competition.
• Evaluate the profitability and long-term potential of the business idea.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on target markets and suitable business locations.
• Collect relevant data, statistics, and insights to support the business idea.
• Prepare reports on business feasibility and profitability.

Business Execution

• Plan and assist in the execution of selected business ideas.
• Coordinate with teams to implement strategies and operations.
• Ensure timely progress of projects.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Communicate with vendors, partners, or stakeholders.
• Negotiate agreements and finalise deals related to business development.

Capital & Resource Planning

• Evaluate the capital required for business setup.
• Assist in organising resources needed to launch the business idea.

Acquisition & Partnerships

• Identify potential acquisition or partnership opportunities.
• Support the process of onboarding partners or vendors.

Weekly Progress Reporting

• Present weekly updates on research, ideas, and development progress.
• Suggest improvements and new opportunities for business growth.

• Bachelors degree in BBA or B.Com.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of business, branding, and marketing.
• Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Hubli.
