Your Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Designer, located in Delhi, India. The Brand Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive brand identity, developing engaging visual designs, and effectively communicating Ayuvya Ayurvedas values through branding. Daily tasks include crafting brand concepts, designing promotional materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistently high-quality visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the brands visual identity across all channels (website, social, packaging, campaigns, print).

Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, banners, advertisements and packaging.

Create product labels, packaging designs, and promotional materials for Ayurvedic products.

Work closely with the marketing and content team to design creatives for campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency in all visual communications.

Create engaging designs for websites, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Manage timelines, workflows, and feedback cycles efficiently across multiple projects.

Work on brand guidelines and ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Brand Design, Graphic Design.

At least 1 - 3 years of branding designing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and After Effects (bonus) Adobe creative cloud - Essentials: Photoshop, Illustrator

Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout design.

Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital advertising.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

Creating thinking and strong attention to details.

Knowledge of Social media design trends
