Role Description

We are looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to shape our creative vision, design strategy, brand presence, and commercial growth, blending fashion design, range planning, storytelling, and sales.

1. Fashion Design & Strategy

Drive the overall creative direction and design strategy aligned with brand vision and market demand.

2. Range Development

Lead trend research, range planning, sourcing, color stories, embroidery concepts, and ensure strong fit and silhouettes.

3. Brand Presence & Content

Manage social media, update the website, and conceptualize lookbooks and visual content consistent with brand aesthetics.

4. Sales & Business Development

Build collaborations with multi-designer stores and represent the brand at exhibitions and pop-ups to drive sales.

Salary

Upto Rs 35,000 per month

Work Location & Schedule

On-site role based in Gurgaon, Sector 66, Monday to Saturday
