Role Summary

Were looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating content reels, short videos, social posts and wants to do it every day, not just talk about it.

At SuperProfile / Cosmofeed, content isnt an afterthought. Youll be close to the product, the creator ecosystem, and the brand experimenting fast and seeing your work go live constantly.

What Youll Do

This is a hands-on role, youll be creating content yourself, not managing others or agencies.

Content Creation

• Create, shoot, edit, and publish content across: Instagram (Reels & Posts), LinkedIn, YouTube Videos/ Shorts
• Make short-form videos: Creator stories, Product updates & explainers
• Trend-led and brand content
• Write simple, engaging captions and copy.
• Capture on-ground moments (launches, creator meetups, office stuff).
• Keep content consistent and on time.

Ideation & Team Collaboration

• Pitch content ideas based on trends and creator conversations.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and creator teams.
• Follow a loose content calendar (no heavy decks).
• Iterate quickly based on feedback.

Learning & Iteration

• Track whats working (views, saves, shares, engagement).
• Double down on formats that perform well.
• Stay plugged into platform trends and algorithms.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of content creation experience (brand or personal).
• Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos.
• Good writing and storytelling skills.
• Understands social media culture and internet trends.
• Can move fast and work independently.
• Tools like CapCut, Canva, basic editing are totally fine.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience creating content for startups or creator-led brands.
• Active personal social media page.
• Basic design or video editing skills beyond the basics.
• Curiosity about the creator economy.

How Well Know Youre Doing Well

• Content is going out consistently and looks sharp.
• Engagement and reach are improving over time.
• Youre coming up with ideas on your own.
• Less dependency on external creators for daily content.
