House of Anita Dongre is hiring Brand and Communication Manager for Global Desi.
Overview:
The Brand Communication Manager at the House of Anita Dongre for Global Desi will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting the brand's identity and voice across multiple channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand communications, a deep understanding of the fashion industry, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across all platforms.
- Content Creation and Management:
Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Media Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, fashion editors, and influencers to secure consistent and positive coverage for the brand.
- Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.
- Event Coordination:
Collaborate with the events team to manage and promote brand events, and other promotional activities.
- Social Media Oversight:
Manage the brands social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback to inform communication strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business goals.
- Crisis Communication:
Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and uphold the brands reputation.
- On-Camera Presence (Preferred):
Should be comfortable and confident in front of the camera for brand storytelling, and social media content. While not a mandatory requirement, having prior experience or ease in creator-style or spokesperson-led content will be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand communications, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English & Hindi
- Proven experience in managing media relations and crafting compelling brand stories.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
