Brand Communications Manager

Rite Angles Consulting is a bespoke consulting firm that provides specialized support to education brands, including K-12 schools and higher education institutions. We focus on crafting innovative brand and marketing strategies, along with impactful demand generation programs tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing and communication initiatives for education-focused clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral including brochures, websites, social media content, and digital campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
• Manage social media content calendars and coordinate with design and digital teams
• Ideate and support marketing campaigns, events, and admissions initiatives
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Track performance and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness

What Were Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or digital marketing
• Strong skills in Communication, including verbal and written proficiency
• Expertise in Marketing Communications
• Experience in developing Strategic Communications plans
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and deliver objectives on time
• Experience working with an agency is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
