Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication materials.
  • Manage design and printing of marketing collaterals (brochures, catalogues, signage, etc.).
  • Support corporate campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

2. Public Relations & Media Handling

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and corporate announcements.

3. Corporate Communication

  • Draft internal communication (emails, announcements, employee magazines).
  • Support management in creating speeches, presentations, and official messages.
  • Maintain communication standards across departments.

4. Content Creation

  • Write and edit content for website, social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
  • Develop engaging visual and written content for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate with designers and photographers for content production.

5. Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to enhance brand presence.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

6. Event Coordination & CSR

  • Support planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in documentation and communication of CSR initiatives.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 710 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or branding.
  • Excellent command over English (written and verbal).
  • Creative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools or coordination with creative teams.
