About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and execution-focused Brand, Content, Social Media & PR Manager to build and amplify our brand presence globally. This role will drive content, employer branding, PR, and social media positioning to establish the company as an AI-first leader across India, the Middle East, and global markets. The ideal candidate has experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong ownership and attention to detail.
This is not just a content writing role, we are looking for someone who can build powerful brand narratives, strategically position the company as a global leader in the digital finance and AI space, and conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, confident, and execution-driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling and strong brand thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Branding
- Develop and strengthen the companys positioning as an AI-first, innovation-led brand across India, the Middle East, and international markets.
- Design and execute content series, brand storytelling campaigns, and AI-focused themes.
- Create compelling brand narratives that differentiate the company in a competitive B2B tech landscape
- Position the company as an employer-of-choice in the AI and technology ecosystem.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end webinars
- Plan, host, and manage podcast series featuring internal leaders, clients, and industry experts, building thought leadership and reinforcing the companys AI-first positioning.
Social Media Leadership
- Own and execute the companys LinkedIn strategy end-to-end (across thought leadership, client success, product highlights, awards, and employee stories).
- Plan and run organic content campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and visibility.
- Plan and schedule campaigns that mix short-form posts, carousels, videos, and interactive content to maximize reach.
- Build leadership profiles and thought leadership narratives for founders and senior executives.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn paid campaigns, including InMails, sponsored posts, and audience-targeted promotions to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Content & Creative Strategy
- Develop high-quality content across formats posts, carousels, videos, leadership notes, newsletters, brochure, emailers, social media, video scripts, and campaign creatives.
- Plan and execute end-to-end video shoots with internal leaders and clients (concept, script, coordination, production oversight).
- Leverage email marketing tools for email campaigns, newsletters, and event communications.
- Work closely with designers to create strong visual storytelling assets.
- Maintain a strong eye for detail in tone, messaging, and brand alignment.
PR & Media
- Manage and work closely with companys PR agency to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and maximize high-value media coverage.
- Ensure every communication is AI-led, error-free, and aligned with the companys business messaging, showcasing leadership in AI-driven SME lending
- Directly Pitch stories, leadership features, award nominations, and industry recognition opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 57 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, PR, and social media, preferably in B2B tech/software/lending environments.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing deliverables
- Strong experience managing LinkedIn as a primary brand-building platform.
- Proven experience in building brand narratives and executing organic growth strategies.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, planning, and creating high-quality marketing and executive decks.
- Hands-on experience in Canva/ChatGPT/Gemini, and other content creation and AI tools.
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail.
