Brand Communications Manager

Role Description

We are looking for someone to manage AAMATIs communication with designers, fashion houses and industry partners as interest in the material continues to grow.

The role focuses on coordinating brand inquiries, managing outreach to fashion brands, and supporting material introductions and collaborations across the global fashion ecosystem.

• Manage incoming inquiries from designers, fashion houses and innovation teams.
• Coordinate professional communication with brands regarding material information, collaboration opportunities and sampling.
• Maintain ongoing communication with brand partners and potential collaborators.

• Identify and initiate outreach to relevant designers, brands and product development teams.
• Support introduction of AAMATI materials to fashion houses, design studios and innovation teams.
• Build and maintain relationships within the fashion and materials ecosystem.

• Coordinate sending of material samples and swatch kits to brands and designers.
• Track brand interactions, requests and feedback.
• Support early material collaborations and product development discussions.

• Assist with communication around exhibitions, industry meetings and brand presentations.
• Maintain contact lists and relationships with designers, innovation teams and sustainability leads.
• Help organise meetings and follow-ups with potential partners.

• Prepare brand introduction materials, presentations and follow-up communication.
• Ensure messaging remains aligned with AAMATIs brand and material narrative

• Experience in fashion, materials, sustainability, or brand communication.
• Familiarity with the fashion industry and design ecosystem.
• Strong written communication skills (professional email communication with brands).
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and partnerships simultaneously.

Flexible / Remote (with coordination with the AAMATI team).
