Key Responsibilities:


Brand Ownership & Voice

  • Own and evolve the brand voice, tone, and narrative across all touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across website, articles, campaigns, product launches, and internal communication
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for all brand communication


Strategic Writing & Thought Leadership

  • Write and oversee high-quality long-form content (articles, blogs, narratives, opinion pieces)
  • Translate business strategy, products, and ideas into clear, sharp, and differentiated communication
  • Build thought leadership by connecting industry insights, concepts, and first-principles thinking


Business-Led Communication

  • Work closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to understand business priorities
  • Craft narratives that explain what we do , why it matters , and how we are different
  • Turn complex ideas into simple, persuasive stories without losing depth


Content Direction & Quality Control

  • Set writing standards and frameworks for the brand
  • Review, edit, and elevate content created by other team members or external writers
  • Ensure every piece of communication reflects clarity, credibility, and intent


Brand Building Initiatives

  • Contribute to campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives from a storytelling perspective
  • Help define positioning statements, messaging pillars, and brand guidelines
  • Identify gaps in brand communication and proactively improve them


What Were Looking For


Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in brand communication, content strategy, editorial roles, or related fields
  • Strong command of the English language and grammar
  • Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, or related field (preferred)


Writing & Thinking

  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to connect business, concepts, and narrative
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to structure ideas clearly and logically
  • Experience in education, finance, tech, or knowledge-driven businesses
  • Exposure to thought leadership, founder branding, or editorial platforms
