Senior Client Servicing Manager / Brand Manager

(Digital & Brand Communication FMCG)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager / Brand Manager with strong experience in FMCG brand handling, capable of leading end-to-end digital & brand communication. The role requires a balance of client management, strategic thinking, campaign execution, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Brand Management
  • Act as the primary SPOC for assigned FMCG brands
  • Understand brand objectives, category dynamics, and business KPIs
  • Translate client briefs into clear digital & creative strategies
  • Lead monthly/quarterly brand reviews, reporting & planning
  • Digital & Communication Strategy
  • Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns (Social, Performance, Influencers, Content, ORM)
  • Ensure consistency in brand tonality, messaging & visual identity across platforms
  • Work closely with strategy & media teams on campaign planning & optimization
  • Align communication with seasonality, festivals, product launches & category moments
  • Execution & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate with creative, content, media & influencer teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives, campaigns & reports
  • Maintain job sheets, trackers, approvals & timelines
  • Review content & creatives from a brand lens before client submission

Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze campaign performance & convert data into actionable insights
  • Present brand performance reports (Monthly, Campaign-wise, Launch reports)
  • Suggest optimizations based on consumer behavior & category trends
  • Stakeholder & Process Management
  • Maintain professional communication via email-first approach
  • Handle feedback consolidation, revisions & escalations effectively
  • Support commercial discussions like scope clarity, retainers & deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 47 years of experience in client servicing / brand management
  • Mandatory experience with FMCG / Food / Consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret data and explain insights confidently to clients
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Good to Have

  • Agency-side experience
  • Exposure to OTT, Influencer Marketing, PR & ORM
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, YouTube reporting dashboards
  • Understanding of quick commerce & modern trade digital integration
