Niro is a modern caf and kitchen-led brand built around thoughtful food, great coffee, and warm, intuitive hospitality. We focus on clean flavours, strong fundamentals, and experiences that feel intentional rather than overdone. As we grow, were looking for a culinary leader who can help define and elevate our food identity.

Experience required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience (premium cafs, restaurants, or hospitality brands preferred).

Owning and evolving Niros food philosophy and menu

Creating, testing, and standardising recipes across outlets

Ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

Training kitchen teams and setting SOPs

Working closely with operations, marketing, and leadership

Curating seasonal menus and special launches

Maintaining food cost controls and quality benchmarks

Leading kitchen innovation while staying true to the brand DNA

Strong culinary fundamentals with a modern approach

Proven experience in menu development and kitchen leadership

Ability to balance creativity with scalability

High standards, attention to detail, and discipline

Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
