About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful, and execution-driven Content Specialist to manage the end-to-end creation of high-performing video content. This is not a conventional role - it requires a creative thinker who enjoys taking full ownership and getting things done.

From identifying trends (Indian and international) to planning and executing shoots (with internal or external teams), rehashing content, occasional scripting, and analysing performance, you will own in-house content from start to finish.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is open to doing whatever it takes to make content succeed.


Key Responsibilities

1. In-House Content

Own ideation, scripting (occasionally), shoot coordination, approvals, execution, and performance reviews.

Maintain creative quality and consistency for the format.

2. Trend Adaptation & Content Creation

Stay updated with the latest Indian and global content trends and adapt trends creatively for video content

Rehash and re-purpose content when needed.

3. Shoot Planning & Coordination

Plan, schedule, and manage shoots for other formats.

Coordinate with production houses, internal teams, agencies, and celebrity managers.

Oversee budgets, timelines, logistics, and deliverables.

4. Performance Analysis & Optimisation

Analyse live content performance to understand what works and what doesnt.

Scale winning strategies and improve under-performing content.

Apply insights to strengthen future content output.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with editors, designers, writers, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Ensure alignment across departments for smooth production flow.


Requirements

Proven experience in creative content creation, or video production.

Strong understanding of performance/conversion led digital and social media video trends.

Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and execute shoots.

Strong project management skills, including budgeting and vendor coordination.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from performance data.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A strong get-it-done attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with video editing processes or tools is a plus.
