Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Brand Associate role based in New Delhi. The Brand Associate will manage various tasks, including customer engagement, sales of branded merchandise, marketing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will develop and maintain client relationships, assist in implementing brand strategies, support sales initiatives, and ensure seamless communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and presenting ideas clearly
• Customer service skills to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
• Sales and marketing skills with the ability to identify opportunities, promote branding initiatives, and achieve targets
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in using business software tools and familiarity with CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
