Were looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who can take a brand from momentum to movement. Someone who doesnt just do marketing but builds worlds people want to be part of.


What Youll Own

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where youll shape how the brand shows up everywhere. You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end creative direction across campaigns, launches, social, and community moments
  • Build and evolve a distinct, culture-native brand voice- witty, sharp, human
  • Turn trends into brand-defining moments, not just posts
  • Develop content systems and series that keep audiences coming back
  • Translate strategy into execution: briefs, scripts, calendars, storyboards, feedback loops
  • Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and creators to deliver high-quality creative at speed
  • Balance brand building with performance insights- measure, learn, iterate (without losing soul)
  • Help our client scale the marketing engine and eventually build and lead a small in-house team


What Were Looking For

  • 45+ years in brand/marketing roles, ideally in fast-moving startups or creator-led brands
  • Proven experience building a brand from near-zero to real audience, community, or revenue impact (we love receipts)
  • A creative-first thinker who spots trends early and knows how to act on them fast
  • Strong copywriting skills-punchy hooks and longer storytelling
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z & young adult culture (1723), especially across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Reddit
  • Excellent taste and brand judgment- you know premium vs cringe, timeless vs meme
  • Experience building content engines, not just one-off campaigns
  • Strong at working with external partners- clear briefs, fast feedback, high standards
  • Comfortable with early-stage chaos: low process, fast pivots, high ownership
  • Ready to grow into a team leadership role as we scale
  • A low-ego, kind, collaborative teammate who raises the creative bar and makes work fun
