This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand and Growth Manager, based in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Brand and Growth Manager will oversee brand development and growth strategies to enhance Jirana Worlds presence. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, managing sales initiatives, overseeing growth campaigns, and ensuring smooth project execution. The individual will also collaborate with various teams to foster brand awareness and business expansion while incorporating customer feedback to achieve strategic goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with interpreting data to inform business strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proven Sales expertise with a track record of achieving growth targets
• Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in branding, marketing, and growth strategy implementation is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about sustainable practices
• Educational qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields are preferred
