About the Role


We're seeking a creative storyteller and community builder to lead brand communications, content operations, and community marketing for Wellness360's go-to-market strategy. You'll craft compelling narratives that resonate with HR leaders and wellness champions, orchestrate seamless content pipelines, and cultivate vibrant communities around employee wellness. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content excellence, and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Communications
  • Develop and execute brand messaging frameworks that position Wellness360 as a thought leader in employee wellness
  • Craft compelling narratives across all customer touchpoints including website, pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral
  • Create launch communications for new product features and company milestones
  • Build brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Partner with leadership to shape external communications and media relations strategy
  • Monitor brand perception and competitive positioning in the B2B wellness space


Content Operations
  • Own end-to-end content pipeline from ideation to publication and distribution
  • Develop content calendar aligned with GTM priorities, product launches, and industry events
  • Manage multi-format content creation including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, newsletters, and social media
  • Establish workflows and quality standards for content production
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to source compelling stories
  • Track content performance metrics and optimize strategy based on insights
  • Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, and content vendors


Community Marketing
  • Build and nurture engaged communities of wellness professionals, HR leaders, and champions
  • Design community programs including user groups, ambassador programs, and customer forums
  • Create member engagement strategies through events, discussions, and exclusive content
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing opportunities
  • Develop community-driven content such as customer success stories and user-generated campaigns
  • Measure community health metrics including engagement, retention, and advocacy
  • Transform community insights into product feedback and marketing intelligence



Requirements


Must-Have
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand communications, content marketing, or community marketing within B2B SaaS
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with portfolio demonstrating range across formats
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience managing content calendars and editorial workflows
  • Proven ability to build and grow online communities or user programs
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure impact
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across product, sales, and marketing teams


Nice-to-Have
  • Knowledge of employee wellness, HR tech, or benefits industry
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS tools
  • Background in community management platforms (Slack, Circle, Discord)
  • Event planning and webinar hosting experience
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Figma
  • SEO and content optimization knowledge
