Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Represent our brand at events & activations
- Talk to customers and educate them about the USPs of our products and brand
- Assist in running on-ground BTL campaigns & sampling activities
- Collect quick feedback from customers (what they loved, what they didnt)
- Help us track footfall, engagement, and conversions during activities
- Work with the marketing team to ensure everything actually runs smoothly
Desired candidate profile:
- Energetic, confident & not afraid to talk to new people
- Good communication skills
- Curious about brands, consumers & how marketing works in the real world
- Comfortable being on your feet and on the ground
- Team player
Prefer if you have:
- Prior event/fest/college committee experience
- Worked in a club/college marketing/PR team
- Retail/field marketing exposure (not mandatory!)
Qualification: Min Graduation.
