ROLE OVERVIEW:


This role acts as the custodian of a premium F&B brand's identity, driving the overall brand strategy, digital presence, and creative direction.


The core mission is to unify the brand voice across all channels, from social media and digital campaigns to in-store retail experiences and packaging.


This position is pivotal to the company's growth as it bridges the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance, ensuring the brand scales effectively while maintaining its heritage and premium positioning.

  • Travel Requirements: Some amount of travel within the city and outside the city may be required

ABOUT THE CLIENT'S COMPANY:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Social Media Strategy With Agency


  • Lead the overall social media strategy in partnership with the social media agency.
  • Work with the agency on monthly content calendars, brand storytelling, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Oversee quality of content -copy, design, reels, videos, ensuring they match brand tone and visual standards.
  • Track metrics, share insights with the agency, and guide optimisation.


2. Campaign Planning & Execution


  • Plan and execute brand campaigns (festive, seasonal, product, digital, in-store).
  • Create campaign briefs, messaging, and rollout plans across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect the brands premium positioning and heritage.


3. Creative & Design Team Oversight


  • Manage the in-house design team for all assets across digital, print, packaging, and retail branding.
  • Ensure visual consistency, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Approve all creative outputs before release.


4. Photoshoots & Video Production


  • Conceptualise and manage product, lifestyle, and brand shoots.
  • Work with external photographers, videographers, stylists, and production teams.
  • Ensure shoot outputs are high-quality, brand-aligned, and delivered on schedule.


5. Performance Marketing Supervision


  • Work with the performance marketing agency to define targets and optimise campaigns.
  • Review media plans, ad creatives, landing pages, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor weekly performance and guide improvements.


6. Website & E-commerce Experience


  • Oversee website content updates, UX enhancements, homepage banners, and product uploads.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and agencies to maintain a smooth browsing and checkout experience.
  • Ensure digital assets are refreshed for festivals, campaigns, and product launches.


7. Communication & Brand Language


  • Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication channels - digital, packaging, retail, corporate decks, internal communication, emailers, and customer-facing content.
  • Review and approve key brand copy and campaign lines.


8. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with Design, Retail, E-commerce, Corporate Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams.
  • Support new product launches, in-store branding, gifting initiatives, and store openings.


9. Reporting & Insights


  • Track performance across social, website, marketing campaigns, and offline activities.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and next steps.
  • Use consumer, category, and competitor insights to shape marketing strategy.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


a) Must-Haves:


  • Full-time Bachelor's degree.


  • 5-8+ years of experience in brand or digital marketing, ideally within FMCG, F&B, or premium consumer brands.


  • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing ecosystems, and consumer behavior.


  • Experience managing both internal creative teams and multiple external agencies.


  • Strong visual sensibility combined with excellent project management skills.


b) Nice-to-Haves:


  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


  • A proven track record of handling "phygital" marketing (bridging physical retail with digital experiences).


c) Tools & Skills Required:


  • Digital & Marketing Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).


  • Project Management & Collaboration Tools.


  • Familiarity with Content Creation/Design workflows.
