We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager Sales to lead and manage branch-level sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry exposure, and the ability to build high-performing sales teams.
Key Role OverviewAs a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for heading and managing all sales activities of the branch , achieving targets, developing new market segments, and ensuring timely collections as per contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the entire branch sales function
- Allocate sales territories and monthly targets to the sales team
- Drive sales growth and meet assigned revenue targets
- Develop new market segments :
- Individual Houses
- Group Housing Projects
- Government Buildings
- Oversee lead generation to contract closure , including:
- Negotiation and deal closure
- Organize client visits to the Hybon Showroom
- Ensure Sales Nayak (ERP) is updated regularly by the sales team
- Review weekly sales performance of the team
- Track and ensure timely client payments as per contract terms
- Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports to management
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Build strong customer relationships and promote professionalism within the branch
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have own transport (2-wheeler / 4-wheeler)
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in Elevator / Construction industry
- Preferred: 1215 years in traction lift industry
- Qualification:
- Graduate (Engineering preferred) + MBA
