Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Sales

Drive monthly revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through partnerships, networking, and lead generation.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and branch performance reports.

• Team & Operations Management

Manage a team of sales, marketing, and creative professionals to ensure smooth operations.

Oversee project delivery, client servicing, and campaign execution.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members to meet performance standards.

• Client Relations

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service quality.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Strategy & Leadership

Work closely with management to align branch goals with company objectives.

Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Represent the company at events, client meetings, and industry forums.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

03 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage diverse teams.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized, proactive, and business-minded.
