Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Support the Regional Operations Head West in creating the 3-year strategy and annual budgets.
Team Operations
- Handle HR operations escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
- Manage team performance through reviews and activity tracking.
- Ensure budgets, resources, and productivity goals are met.
- Share regular performance reports and help improve processes.
People Management
- Recruit and onboard key team members.
- Guide, coach, and motivate the team to meet goals.
- Identify training needs and work with the Business Head and Training team on development plans.
Client Service
- Build strong relationships with key regional clients.
- Understand client challenges and offer effective solutions.
Business Development
- Acquire new clients.
- Grow business from existing clients through strong service and delivery.
Education & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management (any discipline).
- 8+ years in operations and statutory compliance; experience in recruitment/staffing is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage profit centres, build networks, and deliver strong customer service.
