We are hiring for both Pune & Ahmedabad locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Support the Regional Operations Head West in creating the 3-year strategy and annual budgets.


Team Operations

  • Handle HR operations escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Manage team performance through reviews and activity tracking.
  • Ensure budgets, resources, and productivity goals are met.
  • Share regular performance reports and help improve processes.


People Management

  • Recruit and onboard key team members.
  • Guide, coach, and motivate the team to meet goals.
  • Identify training needs and work with the Business Head and Training team on development plans.


Client Service

  • Build strong relationships with key regional clients.
  • Understand client challenges and offer effective solutions.


Business Development

  • Acquire new clients.
  • Grow business from existing clients through strong service and delivery.


Education & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Management (any discipline).
  • 8+ years in operations and statutory compliance; experience in recruitment/staffing is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage profit centres, build networks, and deliver strong customer service.
