We are expanding and looking for an experienced Branch Manager for Delhi branch to lead operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards in overseas recruitment.
Job Description
The Overseas Recruitment Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Delhi branch, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure that international placement processes run smoothly. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in overseas recruitment regulations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and administrative staff.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet branch recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, recruitment partners, and overseas employers.
- Ensure end-to-end recruitment processes are followed, including candidate sourcing, documentation, interviews, and placement.
- Oversee compliance with immigration, visa, and international labor regulations.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to expand business and improve operational processes.
- Represent the company at overseas recruitment events, job fairs, and networking meetings (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in overseas recruitment or international staffing .
- Strong sales and business development experience , ideally in recruitment or staffing.
- Leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of visa, immigration, and overseas employment regulations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
- Masters degree (MBA or HR specialization).
- Experience handling multiple international client accounts.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative sales strategies.
