Job Description
- Manage overall branch operations, sales, and business performance
- Generate new business for sea freight, air freight, 3PL Warehouse and logistics services
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales & operations team
- Build strong relationships with customers, airlines, shipping lines, and vendors
- Ensure smooth coordination of export/import shipments
- Oversee documentation, customer service, and credit control activities
