Key Responsibilities


  • Own the P&L, revenue targets, admissions funnel, and monthly business growth of the centre.
  • Lead & motivate the sales, academic, and student service teams for daily performance.
  • Drive counsellor productivity, walk-ins, conversions, inquiries & referrals .
  • Ensure smooth centre operations , student satisfaction, and quality delivery of classes.
  • Implement business strategies, local marketing activities, and process improvements.
  • Monitor performance dashboards and ensure target achievement with accountability .


Required Skills & Experience


  • 5 - 10 years of experience in EdTech, Training Institutes or Education Sales/Operations .
  • Strong expertise in admissions, counselling teams, revenue-driven roles .
  • Proven leadership in handling centre/branch operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
