Key Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Managing a branch with profitability both in terms of Topline as well as Bottom line for Retail Health 

  • Driving team by focusing on GWP through agent recruitment, TA & Licensing  

  • Increasing advisors in the region with regular activation 

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates 

  • MBA will be preferred or Graduate from a reputed Institution. 

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills 

  • Good communication Skill 

  • Experience of managing Health business/ Sales Experience 

  • Relevant work experience of 5-6 years 

  • Team handling of 2-3 years
