Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth in the commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and business efficiency
• Drive sales and business development activities to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and developers
• Guide, mentor, and supervise the sales/BD team for performance excellence
• Develop local business strategies and identify new growth opportunities
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and commercial developments
• Ensure high standards of client servicing and timely issue resolution
• Prepare branch performance reports for senior management

Requirements:

• 1015 years of experience in commercial real estate , including 35 years in a managerial/leadership role
• Strong understanding of leasing, sales, corporate real estate, and client management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
• Ability to drive targets and manage high-performing teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
