3. Responsible to Achieve targeted for the Branches in the Area.
4. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed of the Area
5. Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Branch
6. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
7. Hand holding team of Branch Managers/Cluster Managers to achieve desired targets
8. Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
9. Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
10. To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
11. Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
12. Responsible for training team members on product & handhold
