About the Role
Aruvi Bakery & Sweets is hiring an experienced and performance-driven Branch Manager to lead one of our outlets in Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring a consistent customer experience aligned with our quality and hygiene standards.
This is a full-time leadership role for someone who can take complete ownership of branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations including opening, closing, staffing, and cash handling
- Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and operational excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards
- Monitor budgets, analyze P&L reports, and implement waste-reduction strategies
- Ensure effective inventory management and stock control
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Take accountability for overall branch profitability and performance
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail or food service management (F&B experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid financial understanding of budgets and store-level P&L
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of results
