Generate revenue through Broking & Non Broking Products (LI, MF, FD, Bonds etc & focus product if any)
Promote Focus Product of the month.
Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate, motivate & retain Team Members
Maintain & service the existing clientele
Playing captain role i.e. have individual targets along with team targets
Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
