We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head Sales to lead our Bangalore operations and drive business growth.
Role Overview:
The Branch Head Sales will be responsible for leading the branch sales team, developing business strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives. This role requires a proactive leader with strong market knowledge and proven experience in IT infrastructure sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Branch Sales & Revenue Growth
-Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
-Identify and develop new business opportunities.
-Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans.
2.Team Leadership & Management
-Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
-Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
3.Key Account & Client Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
-Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
4.Market Development & Strategy
-Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
-Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies.
-Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
5.Process Compliance & Reporting
-Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
-Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and generate reports.
-Report branch performance to regional/national management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 48 years of experience in IT infrastructure solutions sales; 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong network in the IT industry in Bangalore and Karnataka.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies.
