Job Description
We're looking for the following profile of candidate for the well-established PRE SCHOOL
Job Location: Faridabad
Post: Headmistress / Branch Head for Pre School
School
Quali fications:
Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Education / Management)
NTT / ECCE / Montessori qualification preferred.
Minimum 25 years of experience in a leadership role in a pre- school as Branch Head/Center Head/Principal/ Headmistress. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Salary: 50k-65k per month
Roles and Responsi bilities:
Oversee daily academic and administrative operations of the pre-school.
Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure implementation of early childhood curriculum and teaching
standards.
Manage admissions, parent interactions, and student retention.
Monitor classroom quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
