Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and overall branch performance by managing investor relationships, activating existing clients, and leading the branch team to achieve brokerage and business targets. The candidate will oversee the branch as a profit center and ensure continuous growth in client engagement, trading activity, and revenue generation.
Responsible for managing the branch as an independent profit center and driving consistent growth in brokerage and revenue generation.
Managing and activating the existing investor base by increasing trading activity, improving engagement, and strengthening long term relationships.
Leading and supervising the branch team including relationship managers and support staff to ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved.
Monitoring employee performance including attendance, productivity, and contribution to overall brokerage generation.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase client activation, cross selling of financial products, and expansion of the active investor base.
Identifying opportunities to increase trading volumes and maximize brokerage revenue from the existing client database.
Ensuring high quality client servicing and maintaining strong relationships with high value investors.
Tracking branch performance metrics such as client activation, brokerage generation, revenue targets, and team productivity.
Driving business development initiatives to attract new investors and increase assets under management.
Ensuring smooth operational functioning of the branch while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieving monthly and quarterly brokerage and revenue targets assigned by the management team.
Strong revenue orientation with the ability to drive brokerage and trading activity
Excellent client relationship management and investor engagement skills
Strong leadership ability to manage and motivate a revenue generating team
Deep understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and brokerage business models
Ability to analyze client activity and develop strategies to increase trading volumes
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly self motivated, target driven, and performance focused
Energetic, disciplined, and capable of handling a fast paced financial environment
Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration)
- Relevant certifications such as NISM certifications will be preferred
