Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in GREATER NOIDA. The Branch Head will oversee daily branch operations, manage team performance, and implement strategies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, staff training and development, and compliance with company policies. The Branch Head will also collaborate with senior management to develop and execute plans to ensure the growth and success of the branch.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proficient organizational and planning capabilities with attention to detail
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to generate strategies for achieving branch targets and goals
• Experience in report preparation and analyzing operational performance
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a related industry
• Understanding of compliance policies and ability to enforce them effectively
• Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
