Job summary

We are seeking a skilled BPO SME Data professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and possess strong English language skills. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
  • Support the implementation of data management best practices.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development of data collection systems and strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.

  • Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Should have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Should have experience in creating and maintaining data dashboards.
  • Must be able to work in rotational shifts as required.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving data-related issues.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Should have a good understanding of data privacy and security principles.
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Should have experience in presenting data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
