Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled BPO Manager BussDev with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capture - Business Analyst and Solution Manager. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives and ensuring the success of our BPO operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth in the BPO sector.Oversee the identification and capture of new business opportunities to expand our client base.Provide expert analysis and insights to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs.Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.Ensure the effective execution of business development plans and initiatives.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Drive continuous improvement in business development processes and practices.Support the development of proposals and presentations to secure new business.Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving business development targets.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in CaptureBusiness Analyst and Solution Manager.Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Should have a proven track record of success in business development.Must be proficient in using relevant software and tools.
