Job Title: Assistant Manager MIS

Location: New Delhi, India

Reporting To: Senior Manager, Expenses

Role Summary

Manages dashboards, financial reports, and insight generation for leadership. The role ensures timely reporting on expenses, budget utilization, and financial risks helping the leadership make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibility Areas

Support leadership decision-making by highlighting trends, risks, and variances through MIS insights.

Contribute data inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and expense reviews.

Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.

Update Proforma Invoice (PI) trackers with invoicing, receipts, and payment status.

Maintain and update:

Work Order (WO) / Purchase Order (PO) trackers

Expense sheets

Exhibition-wise expense sheets

Coordinate with accounts and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Prepare daily MIS reports including:

Bank sheets

Payments

Collections

Ensure MIS reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within defined timelines.

Maintain clean, reconciled datasets supporting audits and reviews.

Flag discrepancies, delays, or unusual trends proactively to the reporting manager.

Demonstrate the Nature Morte Manifesto in all reporting and data-handling practices.

Maintain a disciplined, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven approach to reporting.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and clarifications.

Goals of the Role

Deliver timely, accurate, and decision-useful MIS reports that leadership can rely on for strategic and operational decisions.

Build consistency, transparency, and reliability across all finance and expense reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Masters in Finance (MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is mandatory).

Bachelors degree in any discipline; advanced Excel skills mandatory.

Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

24 years of experience in MIS, reporting, FP&A, or finance analytics roles preferred.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
