BOM Purchase & Procurement Specialist – PCB Design & Manufacturing

We are looking for a BOM Purchase & Procurement Specialist who can handle end-to-end component sourcing and vendor management for our PCB design and manufacturing projects.

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) for multiple PCB projects.
• Identify and procure components from verified vendors with best priceperformance comparison .
• Maintain vendor relations, negotiate pricing, and ensure on-time delivery of components.
• Evaluate alternative components for cost optimization and availability .
• Coordinate closely with the design and production team for accurate part selection.
• Plan and execute bulk component purchase for large orders.
• Maintain updated pricing, stock records, and supplier data sheets.

• Strong understanding of electronic components and BOM structure .
• Familiarity with PCB fabrication and assembly processes .
• Experience with vendor portals like Mouser, Digi-Key, LCSC, Element14, or Indian suppliers .
• Excellent skills in Excel and component cost analysis .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Diploma / B.E. in Electronics or related field.
• Prior experience in BOM generation and component procurement for PCB projects.
